Dairy Days

June is National Dairy Month! Guests will have an opportunity to better understand the role dairy plays in their lives today and in the lives of the early pioneers.

Activities will vary from day-to-day. Some of the special demonstrations planned for the week-long celebration include making buttermilk biscuits and bread pudding. Costumed guides will be making buttermilk salad, cheese pie, ice cream and homemade cheese.
