Dairy Days

Through special demonstrations and hands-on activities, you will have an opportunity to better understand the role dairy plays in our lives today and in the lives of the early pioneers. Demonstrations planned for the week-long celebration include making buttermilk biscuits, butter churning and cheese making. Guests can help make butter, ice-cream, biscuits and watch cream separating demonstrations. There will also be historic recipes for guests to pick up and try at home.
