Le Balise Salon and Day Spa

The massage room is very small and inconvenient. The table is hard to get on and off. The massage was mediocre. The table did not have arm rests; after my massage, I complained about it, and they changed it. However, it was too late for me, and my neck and shoulders were hurting three days after the massage. The manicure is done next door, which is also inconvenient. They sold a gift card for a bigger place on Harding Hwy (which had included a facial), but did not offer a refund when they downsized (I couldn't get my facial at the new place). Why do they make their problems their customers' problems? When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, he tried to assure me that it was all MY fault... I consider myself ripped off.
